Do customers have to install an app?

No. You share a link; they book in the browser. Confirm, cancel and reschedule live on the same link. Nobody opens an App Store or Play account.

Who is there when I get stuck?

The wizard walks you through setup. After you settle in you still are not alone: open a support ticket in the panel or email. CBK Yazılım answers in Turkey. We stay with you — you just keep winning.

What do plans cost? Is there a hidden cut?

Starter 99 ₺, Professional 199 ₺. Yearly includes 2 months free. 2–9 months also available. Payment is on the site, through Stripe. No store cut; revenue stays in the wash.

How much is a second branch?

First location is full plan price. Second is 75%, third and further 50% — monthly or yearly. Extra staff (40 ₺ / 20 ₺) stays outside this tariff. A new signup with the same tax number uses the same rates.

What happens when the trial ends?

No card is charged. Take a plan and time is added on top. Or leave and the salon closes; write if you want the data deleted.

How does the customer manage a booking?

They look 30 days ahead. From the link they confirm, cancel or move the time. Email one hour before; confirm and cancel open your WhatsApp.
